Having worked his way up from Executive Search Consultant to Managing Partner, Myron has developed a deep expertise in placing top-tier Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering professionals in high-impact roles nationwide.

Based in Greater Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth, Myron is also a licensed REALTOR specializing in relocation, giving clients a seamless experience when a career move comes with a life move. His unique ability to bridge executive search with real estate advisory ensures that every transition, professional and personal, is handled with care, strategy, and a boutique-level touch.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Myron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Southampton, and an MBA Certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University. He is driven by a commitment to integrity, long-term relationships, and helping people align their careers with their lives.

Miguel Dominguez brings a diverse background in supply chain, logistics, and operations to his role as Executive Search Consultant at Augmentis (The Work In Me, LLC). 

Before joining the firm, Miguel honed his skills as an Account Manager and Logistics Coordinator with global leaders like PepsiCo, Expeditors International, and Lear Corporation, giving him a firsthand understanding of the technical demands behind the roles he now recruits for.

Having started as an Independent Sourcing Partner before stepping into his current role, Miguel specializes in placing top-tier talent across Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain. His hands-on industry experience allows him to go beyond keywords and identify candidates who are the right fit both technically and culturally.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Miguel is also a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in relocation, giving clients a seamless experience when a career move comes with a life move. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso.
